        除了 漢斯 偷藥，我們也提及電車問題與《心靈判官》來闡明兩難困境。透過思考例子，讀者可以更清楚何謂兩難困境以及個人的道德判斷。         但說實在地，光是藉由文字，可能無法在你心中引起共鳴。我想了辦法，試圖用多媒體去解決這個問題，於是我想到了TED-Ed，這是一個製作教育動畫的組織，他們在YouTube上發布的影片既豐富又明瞭。雖然關於道德判斷的影片較少，但 嚕 還是找到了一部，也就是如標題所示的—— 無人駕駛車的道德困境 - 帕特里克 林 （課程內容：Patrick Lin，動畫製作：Yukai Du） 。         敬請欣賞：         這個例子如何？         且先不談將道德判斷託付給機器。如果是你開汽車，你會怎麼做？         撞貨物、撞汽車還是撞機車？撞貨物會死但不會波及旁人，撞機車會受輕傷但騎士會重傷，你在這兩個判斷中下不了決定，所以選擇了第三個，但一旦你靜下來思考就會發現「這好像有一點不對勁‧‧‧‧‧‧😵」         憑什麼 是開車的犧牲？你可能無法回答，不過你又想：「 憑什麼 是我犧牲？我只是碰上意外。」然後當你想撞向可憐的的機車騎士時，另一個 憑什麼 又會浮現腦海。         處理「憑什麼」最好的方法或許就是道德判斷。         讓我們假設自己處於柯爾柏格道德階段中的Level5來應對這個問題。處於Level5的人會遵守法律但同時知道法律是可以改變的，而他們正適合解決法律沒有詳細規定的問題（當發生影片中的意外時，你應該做何選擇）。所以，他們可能回答：「我會選擇傷害最小的而撞向那部汽車。因為在其他兩個選項，都將有人命的損失。」但這似乎無法解決「憑什麼」的問題，對吧？ ...
